This is for weight loss, all articles related to it. From all famous diets, with my diagnose, to simple calorie-macro nutritients ratios diets. I will explain ya all why that diet works or why it doesnt work on my opinion and experience. I wont say what "Others" say. I will say what i tried and what i felt.

I wont never recommed fad diets, even if you have a very important event. Never sacrifice yourself. You will look worst. So dont even try ask me to give a fad diet to lose 10lb on 1 week cause i wont answer such kind of emails. I dont recommed you to try any diet who promise more than 3lb fat loss on 1 week. Also i dont recommend trying drugs to get slimmer like XENICAL or REDUCTIL, i tried them, and as you will see on my first article related on Medical Drugs for weight loss, its not very nice unless YOU TRIED all all all, and didnt got any weight loss. That means killing your butt at gym, maintaining diet super-clean and not losing even 0.1lb. For at least 5 months. Then you should start reconsider and ask your physician.
