Creatine: Increases power, strenght, recovery and body weight. DOSE: 2 to 20grm/Day.
Glutamine: Powers the emission on Human Growth Hormone, foresee decomposition of muscle tissue, favor immunologic functions. DOSE: 5 to 10grm 2-4 time/Day.
Beta-Ecdisterone: Increases the synthesis of muscle protein. DOSE: 300 to 600mg 2-3 times/day.
BCAA: Prevent muscle decomposition, reduce perception of fatigue. DOSE: 5 to 10grm 2-3 time/Day.
Carnosine: Powers muscle strenght. DOSE: 2-3grm/Day.
