was a routine of junk bad habits. Now, we will try get off that routine on weight loss, cause we want to have it permanent.
Not just a time losing weight then stopping cause its boring. But more boring cause there are difficulties because food is
not sometimes what we like (JUNK), and that give us on our little brains a reason of more to leave the routine of eating healthy
stuff to go changing on junk food. So...lets that not happen. We will avoid routine!!!!!!!
