So here we go, this is to teach you all what kind of exercise helps to boost your weight loss. There is no more especific weight lifting routine, but what changes more is on cardio. So....hope it helps you achieve your big or small goals.

Whatever is your target loss, 2lb like 150lb, it will help you know little hints and overcome exercise plateau, or weightloss plateau. Also how to make your weight loss more funnier and not a boring routine. Cause, being overweight we have always been on a routine, whatever it was: buying a pint of ben&jerry´s, eating 1 can of doughnuts, watching tv+Big Mac meal. There was a routine of junk bad habits. Now, we will try get off that routine on weight loss, cause we want to have it permanent. Not just a time losing weight then stopping cause its boring. But more boring cause there are difficulties because food is not sometimes what we like (JUNK), and that give us on our little brains a reason of more to leave the routine of eating healthy stuff to go changing on junk food. So...lets that not happen. We will avoid routine!!!!!!!

I hope update it as soon as possible.
